Is your baby unwell?

Seven Nights can’t help with health questions. Pause the plan, comfort your baby, and call your pediatrician. The plan waits for you, and your progress is saved.

Call your local emergency number (911 in the US) right away if your baby:

• Has trouble breathing, or their lips or skin look blue or gray.
• Is floppy, or very hard to wake.
• Has a seizure.
• Shows signs of dehydration, like no wet diaper for 6 to 8 hours.

Fever in a young baby

If your baby is under 3 months old and has a fever, call your doctor straight away, day or night.

Questions about the course

Email hello@sevennights.choline.app. A person answers within 2 business days. Write from the address you signed up with, so we can find your account.

• Sign-in link not arriving? Check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure you typed the address you bought with. Links expire after a short time, so ask for a fresh one.
• Want a refund? Email us within 30 days of buying. See the refund policy.
• Want a copy of your data, or to delete your account? Use Settings in the app, or email us. The privacy policy explains what happens.
