What Seven Nights is
Seven Nights is an online course from Zentient AI, LLC: lessons, a step-by-step 7-night plan, and tools for logging your baby’s sleep. By creating an account or buying the course, you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice
Seven Nights is educational content about baby sleep. It is not medical advice, and it doesn’t replace your pediatrician or any other health professional. Nothing in the course diagnoses, treats or prevents any condition.
Always follow your pediatrician’s advice for your baby, including about night feeds, growth, illness and sleep. If anything in the course conflicts with what your pediatrician tells you, follow your pediatrician.
If your baby seems unwell, stop the plan, comfort them and call your pediatrician. If you think it’s an emergency, for example trouble breathing, blue or gray lips or skin, or your baby is floppy or very hard to wake, call your local emergency number (911 in the US) right away.
Who it’s for
The plan is built for healthy babies 4 to 12 months old (adjusted age if born early) who are gaining weight well. Talk to your pediatrician before you start if your baby is younger, isn’t gaining weight well, snores loudly or pauses in breathing, is sick, is being followed by a doctor for a condition, or if a doctor has told you to keep night feeds. The quiz asks these questions and stops before building a plan if an answer needs your pediatrician’s input first.
You must be 18 or older, and the parent or legal guardian of the baby (or caring for them with the parent’s permission), to use Seven Nights.
Safe sleep
Every approach in the course assumes American Academy of Pediatrics safe-sleep guidance: your baby sleeps on their back, in their own crib, bassinet or play yard, on a firm, flat mattress with a fitted sheet and nothing else in it. You are responsible for your baby’s sleep space and supervision.
No guaranteed results
Every baby is different. We don’t promise that your baby will sleep through the night, sleep a set number of hours, or change by any particular night. The money-back guarantee is there if the course isn’t right for you.
Your purchase
Seven Nights is a one-time payment of $129 (plus any sales tax) for lifetime access to the whole course, with no subscription. “Lifetime” means for as long as we run Seven Nights; if we ever close it, we’ll give you notice and a way to download your plan and data. The course is for the person who buys it, on the account with the email used at checkout. Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record.
Refunds follow our refund policy: a full refund if you ask within 30 days.
Your account
Keep access to your email account secure: we sign you in with links sent there. Please don’t share your account or resell, copy or republish the course. The lessons, illustrations and tools belong to us and are for your family’s personal use.
Limits of our responsibility
We work hard to keep the course accurate and the app working, but we provide it “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll update the date above and email you before it applies. Questions: hello@sevennights.choline.app.
